Liability for contents
The greatest possible care is taken in producing our web pages. However we cannot accept liability for the accuracy, the completeness and the current validity of the content.
As the service provider, according to section 6 sub-section 1 of the MDStV and section 8 sub-section 1 TDG, we are responsible for our own content in these pages according to prevailing statutes. Service providers are however not obliged to control or verify the legality of third party transmitted or stored on the site. Obligation to remove or block the use of information according to prevailing statute is not affected. Liability in such cases is only possible when a concrete legal infringement has been identified.
Once this infringement of the relevant statute has been identified we will immediately remove this content.
Liability for links
Our range of services contains links to external websites over which we have no control. Therefore we cannot guarantee the content of third party content. The relevant provider or operator of the website is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages are checked for possible breaches of the law when the link is made. Illegal content was not detected at that point.
Permanent control of the content of linked sites is not feasible without concrete evidence of a law being broken. Once we are made aware of such a breach of law we will remove such links with immediate effect.

In so far as specific personal details contained on our site (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses), this is as far as possible on a voluntary basis. The use of our offers and services are, as far as it is possible, always provided without giving personal details. We hereby expressly forbid the transmission of unsolicited advertisements and informational materials through the third party use of published legally required contact details by third parties.
The operators of these sites retain the right to take legal action in case of the unsolicited sending of advertising material, for example through spam mail
